This Week’s Highlights – November 20th, 2017

Artichoke – The market is active due to shorter supplies and transitioning to new growing districts.

Beans, Green – Rain and freezing temps have curtailed harvest for this week, demand is high and supplies are very low.

Corn – Limited supplies/gap in the East; the market is active for 7-10 days.

Peppers – Green bells are tight and colored bells are in transitional gap.

Tomatoes, All Varieties – Markets are expected to remain escalated on all varieties through December.
