- Cantaloupe – Decreasing supply from the off-shore market over the past two weeks have caused the market to spike. Quality has been outstanding. Brix averages have been increasing as we get closer to the Spring crop.
- Romaine – Quality is good and the product is looking clean.
- Red Bell Peppers – Prices are down this week as supply begins to improve.
- Brussels Sprouts – Very light availability; shortages in supply.
