- Pineapples – Excellent quality, peaking on 7 and 8 cts.
- Grapefruit – Good supply and very good quality out of Texas and California.
- Romaine, Romaine Hearts – Supply is good with better weights on all packs. Quality is good.
- Arugula – Supply continues to improve; quality is very good.
- Cauliflower – Supply is still limited due to cooler weather slowing growth. Overall quality is good, market remains very active.
- Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries – Expect low volumes for the next few weeks as well as some quality issues.
- Romaine – Supply is good, but there are many quality issues…fringe, wind burn and light twist.
- Eggplant – Production continues to ramp up…quality is outstanding, volume is good.
- Arugula – Supply and quality are good.
- Broccoli/Broccoli Florets – Demand is very good and the market is improving.
- Blood Oranges – Excellent quality and plenty availability.
- Bananas – Supply is tighter than usual for the next couple of weeks.
- Iceberg Lettuce – ESCALATED…supply is lower than anticipated due to cold weather. The market is very active.
- Romaine – Supply is below normal.
- Acorn, Butternut & Spaghetti Squash – Good quality and good supply.
- Asparagus – Volume is steadily increasing and prices are good.
