Kale (Green) – Bunched kale supple is expected to be plentiful for the next few weeks.
Red Bell Pepper – Market is steady and supply is good.
Iceberg Lettuce – Supply is poor due to drastic crop losses caused by two heat waves in the last month. Quality is poor and shelf life is not at its best. The market is extremely high.
Romaine & Romaine Hearts – Supply will remain tight. Reduced supply and elevated markets are expected.
Spring Mix – Better supply and quality is improving.

Apples – There is a tight supply on Granny Smith for food-service and will remain tight due to a shift in sizes. Quality is very nice across all varieties.
