- Tomatoes – Romas – Markets are up slightly this week and expected to continue to rise the rest of the week. Expect escalated pricing through October.
- Carrots – Supply issues with jumbo carrots due to excessive temperatures this summer.
- Romain & Romaine Hearts – Both remain below normal budget volumes.
- Cucumbers – FOB prices are up again this week, volumes are short.
- Asparagus – Good volume and quality, market slight lower. Anticipate steady demand, with no substantial changes until December.
- Red Cabbage – Supply is plentiful with great quality.
- Peaches – Good supply and quality available out of California, New Jersey and Washington.
- Arugula – Supply and quality are good.
- Broccoli/Broccoli Florets – Good volume and quality.
- Red Cabbage – Supply and quality are good this week.
- Cauliflower – We are expecting excellent volume and quality all week.
- Cilantro – Supply is expected to be plentiful this week.
