- Onions – Availability is hit and miss on white and red onions. Yellow continue to peak around Jumbo size, with mediums tightening up significantly.
- Medley Grape Tomato – Excellent volume and quality.
- Pineapples – Good volume and quality is great.
- Red Leaf Lettuce – Good volume with good quality.
- Red, Yellow and Mini Sweet Pepper – Excellent supply and good quality.
- English Cucumber – Market is tight out of Canada, but quality is good. Mexico should start in two weeks.
- Spinach (Baby) – Supply and quality are good this week.
- Mini Sweet Pepper – Excellent supply and quality.
- Eggplant – Overall quality is excellent.
- Honeydew – Production is very limited; anticipate better availability over the next 7-10 days.
- Cauliflower – Supplies are expected to be plentiful this week. Overall quality and appearance should be very nice.
- Napa Cabbage – Supplies are expected to be plentiful for the next three weeks.
- Bananas – Force Majeure…Hurricanes in South America have impacted both crops and infrastructure. Anticipate a tight supply and escalated pricing through Q1-2021.
- Mini Sweet Pepper – Excellent supply and quality.
- French Beans – Good volume, pricing is down. Quality is excellent.
- Garlic – The domestic market remains high. Good quality.
