  • Romaine & Romaine Hearts – Production supply is beginning to trend lower. Plants that are healthy are exhibiting good color, texture, and quality overall.
  • Brussels Sprouts – Quality is good with minor defects, good shape and color.  Start to plan for Thanksgiving needs.
  • Kale (Green) – Bunched kale supple is expected to be plentiful for the next few weeks.

This Week’s Highlights – November 30, 2020

  • Roma Tomatoes – Supply out of Florida has improved drastically over the past few days. Expect stable markets over the next several weeks.
  • Avocados – Good supply in the pipeline for remainder of the year.
  • Red Leaf Lettuce – Supply and quality are good.
  • Romaine and Romaine Hearts – Relatively short in supply; weights are light, quality is excellent.
  • Bok Choy – Supply is expected to be plentiful for the next three weeks. Quality is good.
