- Artichokes – Expect fair volume to continue through March. Prices are steady. Quality is excellent.

- Green Peppers – Normal volume and good quality out of Florida. Good volume continues in the West, quality is outstanding.
- Romaine Lettuce – Good supply and very good quality.
- Grapefruit – Texas is in the peak of it’s season. Taste is very sweet and aromatic.
